Complete a Questionnaire
Before your initial consultation, you’ll complete a health questionnaire and a three-day food diary.
60-Minute Online Session
During our 60-minute online session, we’ll explore your medical history, current health concerns, diet, lifestyle, medications, and supplements.
Create a Tailored Plan *
Based on current scientific research in nutrition, I will create a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan tailored to your needs. This will include clear, practical advice with meal suggestions.
20-Minute Post-Plan Review
After receiving your plan, we’ll arrange a 20-minute post-plan review call to review it together and answer any questions.
* If appropriate, I may also recommend practitioner-grade supplements and functional testing (additional cost).
Follow-up consultation £90
- 45-minute online consultation
- Adjusted tailored nutrition and lifestyle plan include supplements recommendation
- 15 mins post-plan call to discuss your plan and answer questions
Follow-up consultations typically take place 4–6 weeks after your initial session.
Together, we’ll review your progress, address any ongoing health concerns, and fine-tune your personalised plan so you can continue moving toward your health goals.
